Collaborative Virtual Reality (VR) is a distributed virtual reality that is used to support collaborative activities. It provides an infinite graphical representation of a digital environment which allows multiple users to interact with each other. They are useful for collaborations between individuals in different geographical locations.
There are both immersive and non-immersive Collaborative VR environments and the non-immersive ones usually being desktop based. Collaborative VR uses cooperative activity in order to be useful to the maximum level. A lot of detailing goes into the making of the environment as it requires specific instructions and graphics to make it work successfully, as its working is quite dependent on the user’s instructions.
