About the client

Miba is a global manufacturer of functionally critical components across the entire energy value chain. Their product portfolio spans high-performance sintered parts, plain bearings, friction linings, power electronics components, specialised coatings, and eMobility components. These parts are found in wind turbines, power grids, electric vehicles, ships, aircraft, and industrial machinery across the globe.

About the project

Objective

MIBA needed a compelling way to communicate the breadth of their product portfolio across the clean energy value chain. In cooperation with White Rabbit Studio, MRstudios produced an animated explainer video that traces MIBA's mission, Technologies for a Cleaner Planet, from energy generation all the way through to electric mobility.

Content

The video is structured around three environments, each revealing the hidden MIBA components that make that step of the chain work. In wind turbines, hydrodynamic bearings and friction materials take centre stage. In EV charging infrastructure, high-performance resistors, cooling plates and power contacts are highlighted. Inside the electric vehicle itself, the focus shifts to gears, coatings and bearing components.

Result

Complex engineering, made visually tangible. The video is designed for use across social media and digital channels, giving MIBA a versatile and impactful communication tool for their global audience.
